Staff and pupils are delighted with another set of excellent GCSE results with some outstanding individual performances.   53% of pupils achieved 5 or more GCSEs graded A* to C including English and maths. More than 40 pupils secured 5 or more A*-A grades and Muaad Eghlileb was the top performer with an impressive 14 A*s and 1 A grade.  This beats the previous record held by his brother Mohamed, who went on to study medicine at Pembroke College, Oxford.

Amitha Jha also gained 12 A*s and 2 A grades. Both pupils will be studying mostly science subjects at Fitzalan.

The whole set of results are testament to the hard work and effort put in by staff and pupils throughout the year.  We wish all pupils every success moving forward to the next stage of their education.
