The Fitzalan Charity Committee organised a Christmas Chocolate Raffle in the last few weeks of the autumn term.  We wanted to raise money to put towards our child sponsorship through the charity, Action Aid.  We had lots of donations of chocolate and raised over £100 in raffle ticket sales. 

We have sponsored a child with Action Aid over quite some years now and this year, we were given a new child to sponsor.  His name is Nghia and he lives in Vietnam.  The sponsorship money that we donate goes towards Nghia’s education and other support that he needs.  Action Aid also work more widely in his community.  Through our child sponsorship, Fitzalan is really making a difference in Nghia’s and his community’s lives.
