Mrs Fear and the physical education department would like to extend a thank you to all staff and pupils who contributed to the success of Sports Day 2019. It was fantastic to see all pupils engaged and celebrating the success of their peers. 

All competitors demonstrated true grit and determination with some stand out performances on the day. Fatima Quebe(Y7) set the example for the long distance races, she was victorious over 800mand impressed our spectators. Mohammed Djalo(Y10) upheld his ‘FitzalanRed’ status as he was victorious in a number of track and field events demonstrating his raw talent and ability. 

A new tradition was set as the Y10 all star relay team competed against the Sixth Form with KayaEmanuel just securing the victory over their Y10 rivals. We look forward to growing the relay all star event in 2020. 

Finally, a massive congratulations to Dewiwho were victorious this year.
