Well done to Grwp Gronw and Grwp Arthur for a very busy week, representing Fitzalan on the Steel Pans. Pupils performed in Eastern High on Monday at the Teach First Conference. Although the pans were meant to be providing background music, the Teach First participants were so wowed by their playing that they stopped their conversations to turn and enjoy the music. Fitzalan pannists then enjoyed teaching some of the audience members how to play the pans too. Both groups also gave exceptional performances at Fitzalan's Awards Evening, entertaining guests before the ceremony. Grwp Gronw and Grwp Arthur will also be performing at the NQT Conference on 4th July in Cardiff City Stadium.
