On Thursday 21^st October, Fitzalan Charity Committee held a non-uniform day to raise money for refugees, newly arrived in the UK after fleeing Afghanistan.  Fitzalan staff and pupils were concerned after seeing news reports about the plight of Afghan people being forced to leave their homes and wanted to raise money to help.  

We managed to raise almost £1200 and this will be sent to the Welsh Refugee Council who work to support refugees in Wales.
