On the 5th March a fantastic group of pupils from Year 7 - 10 took part in an ultimate Frisbee training session with the Welsh Frisbee team. The pupils took part in multiple throwing exercises, watched a show game from the Wales team and had a go at playing competitive matches against each other.

The Welsh Frisbee team had an equally enjoyable time and said they will definitely come again, commenting on how grateful and enthusiastic the pupils from Fitzalan were.

Maybe our Fitzalan pupils will be the next to play for Wales!
